25+ years engineering experience, remote worker and leader for 15+ years. My engineering career has taken me to the CTO level, hyperscaling engineering teams from 8 to more than 70 people with Linktree, before moving into hybrid product and engineering roles.
AI native, fully pilled from day 1, an AI an optimist with calluses of implementation and best practices. Along with a great culture, I believe AI is the biggest productivity unlock most companies have available, and I've advised companies on exactly how to capture it. But that optimism is grounded in the unglamorous part of the job: implementing AI properly, monitoring it closely, and keeping it honest in production.
